Kate Bruck, NASM-CPT.

My love of all things fitness started at a very young age in trying to rally the kids on my block to do mousercise ™ aerobics for kids.  At the age of seven years old I started competing in swimming and in track and field, and by the ninth grade I was in the gym copying the strength training exercises the football players were doing.  Strength exercises and techniques may have changed drastically since that time, but my desire to maintain a healthy strong body, stay in touch with the most current information on fitness and help others reach their goals has not changed.

Racing as an age-group athlete and then 8 years as a professional triathlete, I have worked with some of the best triathlon and strength coaches, physios in the world.  I have been able to experience what works and what definitely doesn’t work.  In addition, I have worked with a broad range of clients on the gym floor and whether your goal is to compete in a triathlon, general fitness or weight loss goals, I have the knowledge and expertise to have you functioning optimally to reach those goals.  In the realm of racing, so many athletes are either completely missing the crucial addition of strength training, or are performing strength exercises that have zero benefit to the sport they wish to succeed in.  I bring my strong knowledge of training and race-day nutrition, combine it with the gold standard of strength training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification to have you performing at your highest potential.
